The Sauvignon Blanc varietal takes on characteristics of finesse and olfactory breath, with intense notes of currant, elderflower but also spice and flint.
In the mouth, it opens full and soft, supported by excellent flavuor freshness, with savory, aromatic and mineral notes. Very persistent and perfectly harmonious on the finish.
